THE CITY OF LIBBY ANNUAL LEAF PICKUP October 26th & 27thNovember 2nd & 3rd The City crews will be picking up any leaves that are bagged, boxed or in a trash can. Please have your leaves contained and at the curb side by the morning on the days scheduled below. This year the City will be picking leaves up on Thursday and Friday the 26th and 27th of October and Thursday and Friday the 2nd and 3rd of November. The crews will cover the entire City each day listed. LEAVES ONLY PLEASE!!
