SEPA DEQ United States Environmental Protection Agency of Environmental Quality EPA to Recognize City of Libby for Redevelopment during Superfund Cleanup The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) invite you to an awards ceremony and reception to recognize the City of Libby for their role in redevelopment of Riverfront Park during cleanup at the Libby Asbestos Superfund site. Additionally, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will present a safety award to contractors CDM Smith and Environmental Restoration (ER) for over a million hours of work on the Libby project without a lost-time incident.
