GRASSROOTS ENTRY LEVEL SOCCER REFEREE CLINIC K Soccer Referee Clinic (Sponsored by Flathead Valley United) With the increasing number of youth players we have a need for parents and postgraduate players (who are not traveling with or coaching) to become more involved and become referees. As last fall demonstrated, the need has never been greater. We would especially like to invite moms and sisters to become an official. There is a need for high school officials but even more pressing is the need to develop officials for the youth games. Not only will you help our area youth, it is also fun and rewarding. - Thank you, M. Go to Montana Soccer Referee Program- https://www.mtsra.org/newmontanasoccerreferees A ToGlacier 2. You "must" complete the online portion "before" you can register for the in- person clinic to be held in Kalispell March 18 & 19, 2023 3. Register for and begin online course work 4. Questions may be emailed to Justin Harcrow Montana SRA/SYRA Justin@montanayouthsoccer.com Natl Airport Knife River To Kalispell There will be two separate field sessions. New referees only need to register for and attend one of the two sessions. Nearly all of the lessons on the LOTG (Laws of The Game) are done online so we don't need to have any classroom time any more. We would ask anyone coming to bring flags/whistle/cards if they have purchased them. Dress comfortably for light jogging. For adults taking the course we will reimburse all costs for the course once they have officiated 4 games for Flathead Valley United. For youth we reimburse after one game. We also offer a drawing for a weekend staycation at a local hotel for anyone that officiates 6 or more games this coming spring season.
